Lyndsay Stecher - Director of Partnerships & Development

As HCWH Europe’s Director of Partnerships & Development, my work focuses on building strategic partnerships and new initiatives to drive the organisation’s growth and amplify its impact towards creating a sustainable healthcare sector. It is only by working in partnership – joining together expertise and resources from both long-standing collaborators and unlikely allies – that we’ll achieve the scale and systems change required to truly shift healthcare towards a sustainable future. (If you think you may be one of these potential partners, please do reach out!)

With over 10 years’ experience in strategic partnership building, business development, programme design, and research, I have led diverse teams and worked with a range of multinational companies, foundations, and humanitarian funders to build and resource practical programmes and advocacy initiatives that address key global sustainability challenges. My main experience has been in international development with a focus on human rights, public health, and climate justice, having had the privilege of working alongside communities around the world. I hold an MSc in international development from Oxford University and a BA (Hons) in international relations and politics from the University of Windsor (Canada).

When not at my desk or meeting with partners, I enjoy making the most of London, my adopted home - I love the theatres, pubs, music, and people that make the city so vibrant and diverse. I also enjoy exercising (weights over running!) and spending time in nature - whether on the lakes with my family in Canada or exploring new landscapes when indulging my persistent love of travel.
