Ahead of the scheduled release of the White Paper on the 2030 climate and energy framework, Health Care Without Harm Europe called on the European Commission to agree on a comprehensive 2030 policy framework with binding and ambitious targets for greenhouse gas emissions reduction, renewable energy and energy savings.
