Lloyd Evans - Communications Manager
I oversee HCWH Europe’s communications and help the team to share a clear and effective message: the healthcare sector can be a leader in reducing environmental harm – a healthier planet means healthier patients. A large part of my role is to help our audiences clearly understand what’s going in the world of sustainable healthcare, be it a policy development or an exciting case study from one of our members, we want you to understand the challenges and opportunities that are out there.
I hold an MA in broadcast journalism from City University, London and am adept in a number of tools used in online journalism as well as video and audio editing and a small amount of graphic design. I previously studied music for my undergraduate degree and I still regularly enjoy performing, composing, and listening to a wide variety of genres. I am a budding rock climber and since moving to Brussels have become both an amateur beer enthusiast and amateur Francophone.
I am always looking for new ways to support and engage with our partners and members and to help spread HCWH’s vision of a low-carbon, circular healthcare system. If you need support in communicating your initiatives or have an idea to collaborate with HCWH Europe, get in touch - maybe you have a perspective on our writing that you’d like to share or perhaps you’d like to suggest a topic that you would like to see our team cover?
