Diana Faccio - Development Manager
As Development Manager at HCWH Europe, I lead the organisation’s fundraising efforts, managing the proposal development process and building and cultivating a network of funders.
I am always on the lookout for organisations that share HCWH Europe’s mission to sustainably transform the healthcare sector and am interested in working collaboratively to develop mutually beneficial partnerships that deliver positive environmental and climate impacts for the health of people and the planet. I have a strong interest in addressing global health challenges and promoting sustainability across industries and organisations. My previous work experience focused on developing and implementing CSR strategies in both multinational companies and SMEs. I also worked for the public sector (Milan city government), where I supported the development of EU proposals and monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the city’s urban regeneration projects.
I hold an MA in International Development (from Sciences Po, Paris), where I specialised in global health policies and strategies, and a BA in History and Politics from the University of Kent (UK), with a dissertation on the role of institutional trust in addressing public health threats.
In my free time, I enjoy running and hiking as well as any kind of outdoor activity that gets me out of the house. In addition to playing sports, I enjoy cooking, drawing, and exchanging ideas with people who have different backgrounds and experiences from my own.
