From September 28th - October 2nd 2015, Health Care Without Harm will be represented at the the fourth session of the International Conference on Chemicals Management (ICCM4) from Strategic Approach to Chemicals Management (SAICM) in Geneva.

SAICM is a policy framework aimed at promoting chemical safety around the world. SAICM has an overall objective of achieving the sound management of chemicals throughout their life cycle so that, by 2020, chemicals are produced and used in ways that minimize significant adverse impacts on human health and the environment.

To mark the fourth session of this process (ICCM4), HCWH have released a position paper on Environmentally Persistent Pharmaceutical Pollutants (EPPPs) and an infographic about the problems of, and solutions to, pharmaceuticals in the environment.
